This is what I came for.
226 Miles, 3 Countries, 1 day.
After a rather nice continental breakfast in Liege I started my trip down to Trois-Ponts. This route follows some of the Battle of Bulge, so I was taking some of this in on my Route.
From here, I have a time lapse of the trip. Trois-Points lead to Luxembourg for a quick stop at the old faithful McDonalds.
South West through Luxembourg to enter Belgium near Bastogne. There is a great museum and memorial here. Though, I'd stopped here a few years back and I think it was all closed for the winter so on driving I kept.
Bastogne lead to Neufchâteau. Here began the route though the forests of Southern Belgium. Roads aren't the best in places but still worth the drive.
Neufchâteau - Tintigny - Meix-devant-Virton - Florenville
Fantastic drive, defiantly recommend it.
Next, a cut cross country to Bouillon but not before stopping to take in this view!
Continuing the cross country route through Bièvre and Gedinne I cross the French boarder and pass though Hargnies, Vireux-Wallerand and Givet, finally following the river up to my final stop in Dinant for the night.
Had to stop and take some pics of the Meuse River.
